Stand-in switch question.

I currently have expression pedals on PEDAL 1 and PEDAL 2. Is it possible to use a Boss FS-6 with one TRS cable and be able to use both switches (A&B) through one pedal input? I've seen some tutorials about FM3 where it detects two stand-in switches as TIP and RING but in the FM9 it doesn't show that way.

No. 1 expression or 1 switch per jack on the FM9, like the Axe3. FM3 allows 2 switches per jack with TRS.

You might consider the AudioFront Expression IO for connecting your expression pedals... Then you can use the 3 jacks for switches.
