Does anyone know if the FM3 outputs to SPDIF at the same time as the XLR and FX sends please?

I mean: yes. I run SPDIF —> Focusrite Pro14 and my headphones are attached to the Focusrite.

SPDIF is a digital output (that's what the "D" in "SPDIF" stands for) and headphones are an analog device. You'd need something that receives a digital signal and converts it to analog. If you just plug in a 3.5mm to RCA jack converter it won't work.

Great news, as you can run stereo XLR to front of house and the SPDIF output to in ear monitoring.

SPDIF converters to analog are very cheap and can be found for as little as £10 in the UK.
