Sending Sysex - how to mak it work without adding delay?

I've tried the following:
-Select a preset #6
-Change the key in Pitch2 to A
-Change Voice1 to +5
-Change Voice2 to -3

Sysex:
F0 00 00 7D 00 02 09 09 05 00 00 00 01 F7
F0 00 00 7D 00 02 09 09 03 00 03 08 01 F7
F0 00 00 7D 00 02 09 09 04 00 0D 07 01 F7

Only the last Sysex line is accepted, the rest is ignored.
If I send a PC with only one line it works, not with more.

Figured this out:
I need to add a delay between each sysex line.
Unfortunately, my Mitigator can't do this.
The Gordius can.

Wouldn't it be a lot simpler if we could just attach a CC# to these parameters?
