Rocktron 5 to 7 pin cable for daisy chain?

I just ordered a GCP for my Axe Fx and was about to order the standard 7-pin Rocktron when I stumbled on this... do you think it would work to daisy chain the barrel end to power the GCP and two additional pedals?

Hardly, the adapter jack on that cable is input, not the output,
I might be wrong tho.

Yea, I have this cable & use it in my FCB1010 phantom power mod.

The power end is a female receptacle. Kinda goofy and would be better as a male, but they designed that kinda like the AFX. They wanted the power at the device end, not the pedal end. Similarly, you plug your power into the AFX receptacle & it sends via 7pin cable.

I flip the cable: 7pin @ AFX side, 5 pin side @ FCB1010, power into a really simple adapter. See my sig.

Cool - that idea actually needs to be scrapped though with the GCP b/c it takes 9vac. I'm probably going to just 7pin it and use a battery for my wah pedal.
