Resolved: User Cabs Disappearing?

Apologies if this should be posted in the general thread.

I'm facing.a problem when importing some Celestion IRs (200ms in .wav format), note, I can't be sure if this would happen with all IRs as I don't own any others at the moment.

I am using the manage cabs interface, I transfer the folder to the browser window, all the IRs are identified. I then select and drag/drop to the user slots (which populates correctly). I then click on save and wait for the progress bar to complete. I am then able to select the IR in the cab block successfully and save the preset.

The issue occurs on FM9 restart. When the FM9 is powered down/up, all my user cab slots are erased. I tried this again this morning and repeated the behaviour.

Is this method supported (it appears to be based in the FM9 manual) or should I be using Fractal Bot instead? Im just coming back to Fractal with the FM9 Turbo after a few years absence, so it has been a few years since doing this process.
 
i have recently experienced similar and chiming in in case it helps... went through similar steps but no restart. when I went back to go select one of my cabs the slot names were wrong (had overwritten some). On one of the menues there is a refresh cab names option - i ran this and they were all there and now named normal. at least in my case the cab names were out of sync with the changes... but the cabs were all there. hopefully that is your problem.
