Replicating Amp with no MIDDLE in tonestack

So, where do you set the MIDDLE if the amp actually had no middle?? Checked the Wiki but it is doing an Axe-Edit impression today .....

At "5" (default).

I believe on vintage amp types that had no middle tone knob the default was 5 on the dial. Supposedly that replicated the fixed resistor that was in place of the tone knob.

From the manual:

Some of the amps simulated on the Axe-Fx II do not have the full complement of tone controls. Some, for
example, have no mid control. To faithfully simulate the configuration of the original, set any superfluous
controls to noon
