Reaper No Inputs Available to Select

So I've downloaded and installed the driver bundle. FM3 Edit works great so I know I've got a good USB connection.
but when selecting Asio and FM3 USB Audio device the drop down selections for inputs and output range are completely blank.
Also the Asio configuration button won't work with this selection.

For one thing, you need to increase the sample rate from 44100 to 48000.
Mine are completely blank also.
