Maybe I'm missing something, but I think you can just delete all presets, and import the factory ones. That should do it, yes?

that is exactly what I want to do, yes. Didn't see a way to select all but I think it is working now, albeit slowly.

yep - just get the banks from the Fractal support page and import them.

I haven't done it in a while but I'm pretty sure FractalBot will just overwrite whatever is currently in the bank that you ID as target, replacing it with the bank you are importing.

you could try1 bank at a time (A,B,C) - might make a difference if "ALL" not going thru

Do a back up first. You may want to go back to some at some point. Just to be safe.

There's a "Clear All Presets" option in the Setup > Utilities menu on the front panel as well.
