Trying to think back, but I don’t remember ANY of my various DI’s (got a box of them) having TRS 1/4” inputs — usually designed for unbalanced instrument connections. That said, Radial prolly has something to make a liar out of me…

The manual tells us specifically to not connect via TRS to a device with TRS inputs.

I think because of Humbuster wiring on the output jacks...

I'd probably just use TS unless you can confirm that the x8 is only TS input.
