PWR AMP modelling ( on or off ) Guitar tube amp Cab and FRFR

Question for you guys and gals that run Out 1 FOH and Out 2 ( tube power amp effects return, and guitar Cab )

So far I have all ways had FXL before the cab for Out 2. I have always had PWR Amp Sim and Cab sims On.
What would be the benefit or badness ;) , of having PWR amp sim off. I guess the FOH feed suffers ? But maybe the Out 2 is better ?
 
The stuff you send to FOH should have both ON or things will sound not so great.

Depending on the power amp, you might be ok with power Amp modeling enabled.
 
What I thought.....okay......so the AX8 is not ideal for this type of configuration.
Does the AF3 have this needed functionality ?

A Friedman what? You mean a powered FRFR?

I assumed you wanted to use your real cab...
 
Hi,
Yes......maybe a Quantum shift to FRFR:)

FXl Blocks and this mismatch with real Cab starting to irritate me.
