Problem loading WT Cabs

I purchased some Tone Match packs from Worship Tutorials but when I try to add the cabs to my library from Manage Cabs, I can’t drag and drop ( get the red circle) and if I try to import from the browser , the folders they are in show empty ( they all show up in those folders when I open the folder directly).

Any help would be appreciated.
