Press & hold flange

Use the bypass reset setting on the block and set it to whatever part of the curve you want it to start at every time you unbypass the block.

You can see it working on the little plot of the waveform in FM9-Edit. When bypassed it shows as a straight line:

And then when I un-bypass the block the waveform starts again, always at the same spot in its cycle:
