Presets Axe fx II sur AX 8

Bonjour,

Je ne sais pas si c'est arrivé à d'autres ...
Je travaille sur Axe FX II depuis des années.
J'ai pris un AX8 pour les projets plus compacts.

J'ai le même firmware sur les 2, j'ai mis les mêmes réglages sur les deux, le même Cab etc... tout pareil .
Le AX8 sonne plus "tight", plus brillant , je perd un peu de médiums par rapport au Axe fx II.

J'ai fait les comparatifs , juste le jack à intervertir, c'est vraiment marqué.

J'ai bien vu qu'il manque quelques options par ci par là entre les 2 appareils, mais de là à changer le grain ...

Juste pour avoir un avis, je m'en accommoderais, je modifierais un peu mes presets, mais je trouve ça étrange.

C'est arrivé à d'autres ?

I don't know if it happened to others...

I have been working on Axe FX II for years.

I took an AX8 for more compact projects.

I have the same firmware on both, I put the same settings on both, the same Cab etc... all the same.

The AX8 sounds more "tight", brighter, I lose a little medium compared to the Axe fx II.

I made the comparisons, just the jack to be reversed, it's really marked.

I saw that there are some options missing here and there between the 2 devices, but from there to change the grain...

Just to get an opinion, I would accommodate it, I would modify my presets a little, but I find it strange.

Has it happened to others?

The Axe Fx II has a variable Input Impedance that I don't think the AX8 has.

Also, have you checked the Global EQs on both to make sure they are the same?

I never had an AX8 but I'm not sure that using the same firmware on both means that they are using the same algorithms.

yes, AX8 don't have variable Input Impedance
Global EQs are the same
