Preset and Cab Bundle Confusion

I want to be sure to not break any copyright rules. If I create a preset that includes a 3rd party IR then export that as a Preset + Cab Bundle, is another user then able to both use (audition) and save that IR? Basically, is this the same as sending them the IR file (which is bad if they do not own the IR).

A few Fractal friends are stating that when they get bundle presets, they can audition the bundled cab, but are not able to save it. Therefore, the cab is only temporary.

They can definitely save the cab. Do not share Presets bundled with paid IRs.

The cab IR is sent with the Preset/Cab Bundle........It can be saved if imported with 'Axe-Edit'. If imported with 'FracTool' the IR is not saved............Don't do it!
