Bug? Popping when X/Y changing drive block

I got the problem that when I X/Y change my drive block (X setting: PI-Drive, high drive - Y setting: FET Boost, low drive), I hear a loud popping noise.
This only happens when I change from PI-Drive to the FET-Boost, not the other way round!
Also, if there is no signal going in, there is no popping, so it only happens when I X/Y change while playing.
