Hi everyone ,
any idea to recreate or get close to this huge , big , heavy tone ......magical ; historical and still so great tune .....
i have no idea of the ....ingredients amp and effects which could contribute to recreate , have the feel of this song .

I don’t hear anything distinctive about the amp tone. Pick an amp you like and start tweaking. Or you can try searching to find out who the touring guitarist is and then search again to see if you can out what gear he uses.
 
Daryl's always been a Boogie guy as far as I know.

Try some of the III presets as a starting block, or set up a simple amp.cab rig and scroll through the different amps to see what gets you closest
