Pg Up/Pg Down Question

I'm sorry if this has been addressed, I looked...
Here's my question, when I'm on say preset 10 and I want to go to preset 11 and I press the pg up button it immediately goes to preset 15..? How do I fix this to go to preset 11 after hitting the pg up button? Is this in the manual? If so I feel dumb because I can't seem to find the answer. Thanks for your help.

I assume you use a MFC. Then set the bank size to 0 (manual 4.1)

Or if you want use Up/Down to switch banks without autom selecting a preset, change Bank Style to None.
