Not a Bug Patches show on FM3 unit but not in Editor

Has anyone built a patch, properly saved it and have it only show up on the FM3 unit and not the editor. When I go to the preset number on the editor it shows empty, but the preset is actually there. It is also properly named on the unit. Has anyone run into this? TIA

I've had this as well a couple of times. Both with presets and cabs. Going to FM3-Edit preferences and reload preset and cab names resolved it for me.
