I notice that I always tend to go for Jon Symon's versions in the Ownhammer packs with clean and distorted sounds.
But what makes this person different, i.e. what mics and positions are behind it? I also think I can hear that he always boosts the mids, more than with the standard m57 - 121 Core files.
I always find his sound in his videos impressive, he does something different than many others and when I'm fighting my way through the IR Jungle, I can identify with his taste the most.
It's not just the sound, but also the feel, there's more attack behind it which I really like.
Too bad his fingerprint doesn't exist in the Essentials pack.
He is absolutely underrated and deserves much more attention
