Hi Rubachu,
My problem was in the 5-way guitar switch! It needs maintenance as it is breaching the signal. Maybe rust or that green oxide stuff aluminum creates! Wd40 will do the trick! It only happened with the AXE and in performance because it's the time I most use the switch. So the testing never recreated the correct circumstances of the problem! FIXED
