No sound out of nowhere

The last 2 days my Fm3 seems to not have an output sound, after some minutes of playing. I checked the Meters page and the analog out section is dead. The signal is showing only on the analog in section and the usb out 3,4. I did a reset, it worked for a little bit but again today i faced the same problem: after 30 minutes of playing it comes no sound out of my unit. I checked the cables and my sound card but everything is working fine. On the Fm3 Edit the signal appears on the input block but then as it continues to the other blocks - amp till the output - it dissapears. Is there any solution or am i doing something wrong?
 
I've noticed this, too, since upgrading to the newest firmware. It's just when switching between two particular songs in setlist mode. The unit will go silent until I switch to a different scene and back, and then it starts working again. I'm thinking maybe something goes wonky with the gapless switching when going between two CPU intense patches
