Hello! I just purchased an Axe Fx Standard unit that has no output. The unit powers on and the control features and display on the front panel are fully functional. Unfortunately, I am unable to get any output signal whatsoever. Also, the input LEDs are maxed out even when I unplug the input cable. I am wondering whether a firmware update would help. Here's what I have done so far:

I would also appreciate a photo of your mother board to see if the previous owner accidentally switched the four black connector cables between the mother board and control board. Thanks again!
- I checked my guitar cables and external amplifier settings---all good.
- I checked the input jack and the connector between it and the mother board with an ohm meter----all good
- I checked the backup battery voltage---all good
- I selected the "RESET System Parameters"- no effect
- I tried to get a signal from the Out 1, Out 2 Left and Right ports with no success.
- I noticed that the "Status" Input levels \ Output levels are all maxed out even when the input cable is not connected.
- The Input and output knobs have no effect of the levels.
