Bug? No display on switch #6. My display on switch number six is grayed on all layouts

My FM9 is about six months old. Tonight switch number six is totally grayed out on all layouts. In the FM9 editor, I can see the labels but the actual display above the switch on my FM nine unit is grayed out with no letters at all. What can I do? Any ideas?

I had a mini screen fail on my FC6 in the same way as you describe. Was replaced by G66 under warranty.

Mark Day told me to be reset and load default factory layouts. Problem remained. Looks like I’m going to have to return it for repair. Thanks for your help guys.
