No delay sound on parallel path?

Pretty sure I have this right, but, given the fact I have no delay sound–I must have something wrong. Any ideas?

There is no delay sound/signal whatsoever. Mix is at 100% given that its parallel and the level is high?

The 2290 will disappear when you have Out mode set to Sum L+R.
