Soon, our Support Team will transition to a new, enhanced back-end system. This new system is superior in many ways and allows more of us to help you with better tools at our disposal. The upgrade won't cause any downtime and all support and service center interactions will continue to be available as usual through email to support@fractalaudio.com

support.fractalaudio.com will be taken offline and we will add a new Support Contact Form to our main web site. Our support team has access to the articles that were previously hosted in the Knowledgebase there and can provide this content as needed. (We may re-post those KB articles on our main web site, but truth be told, we normally link people to pages on this forum instead.) The "My Ticket History" feature will also be removed, but we can still access your support history online through JAN-2018, and offline even farther than that.
