Use +4. If you’re clipping the ASP inputs 1/2 then turn the levels down. If they are down at zero and clipping engage the pad switch.

Okay. It might start to clip around 9 O'Clock or so, depending on the amp, etc. But I'd like to find a set-and-forget level that will work well with whatever I happen to be dialing in.

Using AxeEdit aim for your preset output levels around 0-2db on Preset Leveling(Tools menu). Adjust Amp output to get there. On the Audient ID software meters you should be hitting about the same by adjusting the physical Axe output encoder and then ASP gain. Leave the ID software faders at 0.
That should get you to where all you need to adjust is a presets amp block output level and maybe some FX blocks while paying attention to the Preset Leveling meters in Edit.

You may want to use a simple clean Amp/Cab preset for the initial setup.
