Was looking around for piezo pickups today and found this, from Lashbrook Guitars.

They made a concrete block guitar to demonstrate it.
All up it sounds pretty nice and really good for more clean, low gain stuff. Would have liked to see more demos utilising the piezo with heavier tones.
