My IEM solution

Yes... That thin sound I was hearing through the IEM wasn't an excess of treble frequencies: It looks like it was a lack of bass and mids.

I found these sleeves at the local store and tried them. They fit my ears much better than the ones supplied with the earphones. They stay in the ear channel and they don't move. So I've finally got a much more realistic sound.

I'm a little scared if the singer pull them off my ears in one of his movements because they fit so tight it could be dangerous.

After just one gig my stage sound is so much better...

I wanted to share the experience because it could also be your solution.

Yes... And I was
attacking the problem from the other side, trying to cut trebles in my IEM mix.
