My computer Freezes!

Hello,
I have a problem when I try to make a backup with fractal bot or directly through AX edit as soon as I start the backup my computer freezes and the image appears as a bunch of lines!
I'm on Windows 8.1 any idea what could be causing this? Thank you for your answers !

Is AXE-Edit supported on windows 8?

Yes it is, I have already made two system backups since I have the AX FX3 apart from that, I do not encounter any other problem, everything works perfectly.
