Hey guys!
Sorry in advance for the somewhat shameless self promotion, but it is relevant and i thought some of you may get some enjoyment due to the axe-fx 2 and re-amping content
My band switched to the Axe-FX 2 a few months back for live situations and since the units came in around the time we were mixing this song to release publicly as a preview of the direction we are heading in, we jumped at the chance to re-amp the tracks with the Axe-FX 2 and Here are the results!
The singer and I are both working audio engineers so we tracked the drums at a local studio ourselves, tracked and re-amped guitars in my home studio and tracked the rest at our singers home studio where he mixed and mastered it.
You can also hear the track on a lyrics video thrown together by a friend of the band at Infiltraitor - The Fallen (pre pro) Lyrics video - YouTube, alternatively you can download a free mp3 at http://www.infiltraitor.halomusicgroup.net (no sign up or any crap)
We have not since looked back and have been using the Axe-FX for practice, live and recording. Love it.
Any feedback is welcome just ask if you want details on the technical specs, more then happy to share anything you may want to know! Oh and if you want to hear more of our music, you can at http:INFILTRAITOR | Facebook Sorry, I haaate plugging things and I am sincerely not out to get a few quick views or listens at all. It wouldn't help anyway because we are not a "cool" band haha. I just love making music and talking gear!
