Multiple CC's on Voodoo Lab Ground Control Pro

As far as I know you can only program one CC# in stompbox mode of the GCP. Recently I saw an old pic of Alex Wade from White Chapel's old Ultra rig and he programmed it to have multple CC's on different presets. I believe for 2 of the presets he had stompbox 6 as a delay and for preset 3 it was an octaver. Anyone know if this is possible?
 
Possibly he had the GCP setup with multiple devices, each on its own midi channel.

Then he could send different CCs to each "device" with one IA... With the Axe Fx setup on "omni" midi channel, it will receive multiple CCs.
