Bug? Modifier not copied with global blocks

Hi there!
I don't know if it's really a bug or not. I have 2 Amp blocks which both are linked as global blocks in many presets. Now I want to add a modifier (expression pedal) to the input trim within the advanced block. Within the preset where I add & store it, this works fine but when I look at all other presets which contains these global blocks, the modifier is not there. AFAIK changes which are stored in a global block should be copied to all other presets, or?

It's in the manual. Global blocks do not inherit modifiers.
 
Makes sense to me. The user may want different modifiers per preset.
It's one of those things where the manufacturer has to decide which crowd to please.
Best of both world would be giving the user the choice to paste modifier settings to when loading a global block.

Yeah, you're right. Depends on the situation.
The choice would be a solution for that. Good idea!:encouragement:
 
You can always recall the effect block as a workaround.

Recalling effect does copy the modifiers.

Yep, that's a solution for building new presets but they won't recognize if I'm doing a change somewhere in other presets, or?
