Im XL and mfc markIII , first time when the unit arrive I've succed to updates XL and markIII, now I've a time to updates the firmware, I've been able to update the XL to 18.04 but I've the problem when update the mfc mark III , when I'm turn the unit on and I'm pressed button #1 it result with blank screen , there's no FW update mode... Is there something I'm missing here, since the unit is only stay in my room could it be defect or else??
Noted: I'm stay in Indonesia , any RMA would time and money consuming
