Meloaudio MC compatible with AxeFX 3?

I own the Meloaudio MIDI Commander and it works extremely well with my Axe Ultra but I've been thinking of upgrading to the 3 or 3 mk2 but I don't know how well it'll deal with that new firmware and layout. Does anyone know if it is completely compatible?
