Has anyone here dealt with it? My GT1000FX is having problems and at first they were responsive. Now that it is time to send it in, they stopped responding to emails. I'm trying to get the address to ship it to and an RMA number.

I think Matt mentioned they were moving in his email so perhaps that is causing the slow response?

I really need to get this fixed and it is going to take long enough as it is shipping it overseas.
