Mark Day Gift of Tone preset - scene issues?

OK, I'm a little behind but catching up with playing with the awesome Gift of Tone presets.

I have loaded Mark Day's preset into a blank slot, but it seems to be doing something weird (or is it me).

When I select Scene 1, the Scene 1 and Scene 6 LEDs both light up (and screen highlights Scene 1).
When I select any other scene, it goes to that scene (ok)
If I select Scene 6, the Scene 1 and Scene 6 LEDs light up and the screen highlights Scene 1.
If I then press Scene 6 again, it goes to Scene 5.

Is there some setting I should be changing here?

The preset is still downloadable from the Fractal website, but I'm attaching what I downloaded in case ... gremlins...

Here's the original FM9 preset from the fractal site, same behaviour for me

There are some strange(?) pre-preset overrides in that preset. Not sure what was the intention for these?
