Low volumes

I just want some opinions on how this thing sounds when ran at low volumes?

Live with a power amp and from a recording standpoint

I know this thing emulates tube behavior and tone, but does it act like a tube amp does when it isnt loud enough

and fart out on you?

The Axe-FX responds exactly the same at any volume. The guitar strings and your ears however respond differently.
