Linking Block Channels

Is there a way to link block channels so if I change amp block A to B it will also change the cab block from A to B?

I know I can do it through scenes, but I’m trying to figure out a way to make a grab and go preset and block linking would be incredibly useful.

Right. We’re missing the ability to toggle channels. A scene can capture that though.

You can use CS MIDI to send CC messages to change channels via a MIDI loopback cable. Each control switch can send up to 4 MIDI commands each. You'll need to define the CC# for each block's channel changes in the MIDI Remote menu.

So use a midi patch cable from out to in?

Just make sure MIDI Thru is turned off in the the MIDI/Remote menu, or else you'll end up with a feedback loop for messages.

I tried it. It’s a brilliant solution! Block channel linking would be more efficient, but this works much the way a scene would (in a more limited sense).
