Legacy (Axe Standard) Support

Had an Axe Standard that developed some issues. Input problems, noise, etc. Contacted Fractal Support through the website. They opened a support ticket, and once they received the unit, they quickly turned it around. Their communications were excellent (kept me informed). Their service price was incredibly low. They supported this 20+ year old product, and fixed it, like it was recent. I could not recommend them more highly.

In short, if you have any issues that you can't resolve locally or quickly, feel encouraged to engage the team there. They are the best on their products! The last word!
