Korn - Freak On A Leash (modulation sound)

The modulation sound on the guitar in the right channel at 0.26.... Can anyone tell me what this effect is and how to get that "watery" sound? Right now I'm using a chorus effect with a fast rate but it doesn't sound right.

man i have no idea.. i know they have a bunch of pedals but havent investigated further... could be a combination.

I'd say an over-the-top flanger, fast speed, maybe combined with tremolo?

I thought it was a phaser with speed and depth pretty far up

my guess would be flanger and tremelo combined...both with rate set pretty high, should be pretty easy to tap tempo set those to be in unison...

I would set the tremelo first, turn it off, then see if you can get that 'watery' type sound out of the flanger, then try both at the same time....

maybe instead of a tremelo...maybe a rotary?
