Bug? Keep the Looper running when switching presets

Good Morning

I've an MFC 101 with the firmware 2.15 with the factory default settings
In the looper manual I've found this:

It is in fact possible to change presets from within
LOOPER CONTROL MODE (unless BANK STYLE is set to
NONE). If you switch to a preset that has NO LOOPER,
playback will stop, any loops will be cleared, and the
display will show “PRESET HAS NO LOOPER”.
You may also freely exit LOOPER CONTROL MODE without interrupting Looper playback. This allows you to change IA Switch
settings within the current preset, or access other Preset Switches while “looping.”

So in my pedalboard (in looper mode) I can record loop, play, reverse ecc.
When I press the reveal switch to exit from LOOPER MODE the loop I've recorded continue playing (and it is ok)

In this situation if I change the preset (for example to play a solo on the loop with another preset) the loop continue playing with the new preset choosen.
Example:
The loop recorded is clean and playing
Exit from looper Mode
Press the switch of Distorted Preset (to play a solo on the loop)
Results: The loop is playing on distorted Preset

How can I solve it?

Thank You

If I understand correctly it sounds like the issue is the location of the Looper block in your patch.

It sounds like you must have the Looper positioned near the beginning of the chain before your Drive pedal and/or Amp that is providing the distortion. If you want to be able to record a clean loop and then switch to a distorted preset and have the loop still be clean then you should place the Looper AFTER the Amp near the end of the signal chain somewhere.
