It is fantastic! My axe fx broke two weeks ago. I sent the package from the UK on the Friday and I received in under a week completely fixed. I also asked for them to check my midi ports, which they also did, with a note in my package saying everything was fine.

Big thanks to the fractal team!
 
No question - they are the best. Had a problem of my own making on my ultra. they checked it out and turned it around in one day. No hassles, just plain good service.
