Issue installing FM3 USB drivers

I've tried many times to install the USB drivers, but they won't install correctly. Fractal Audio says:

If any of these entries are missing you should uninstall the one(s) that are present, then re-run the driver installer and make sure all three packages are installed.
  1. Fractal Audio Systems USB Audio Driver version v2.23.0.
  2. Fractal Audio Systems USB Driver Package 2014.06.06.
  3. Windows Driver Package – Fractal Audio Systems (axefx2load) USB (05/15/2011) 1.0.0.9
Number 1 is installed; the other 2 are not. I read a post that said a guy uninstalled it, rebooted, then installed by administrator, and that worked. Nothing has worked for me.
Suggestions?
