Is there a way to batch change Pedal assignment from PEDAL 1 to FC Pedal 1?

I have a zillion songs that were written on an FM3. Pedals 1 & 2 were assigned to the UNIT ...(not an FC).
I am now using an AXEFX3 and an FC12.
Having to change this over in every patch is a lengthy task.
Is there a way to 'Batch Change' pedal assignment on all my songs?

not sure, but when you do, change it to External Controller 1 (or any number).

then in the future you only need to change the Setup > Midi page once, assigning a physical port to that same External Controller.

That’s a good “wish” item actually. If you add this feature as a wish, you won’t be bothered with this issue when the axe fx 5 comes along!

I looked at the csvs, and fractool’s potential batch changing of controllers but no luck.
