Is the fm3 enough for me?

The part of the chain what I really need:
Input - Compressor - Drive - Amp - Cab -Delay - Reverb - Output

This chain is contains everything what I need for the leads. Can I create it without compromises? Its seems very easy to reach the 80% CPU limit what I saw in the yt videos.

you can do that easily
its easy to hit the limit when you start to do the heavy ambient stuff
like pitch synths plex delay
shimmer crystals
what you are describing above you should have more than enough CPU

Yes. You should be pretty comfortable with the headroom if that's your typical signal chain. You have room for a little more, in fact.

All default block settings:

With the delay set to 2290 and the reverb set to cirrocumulus:

Same as above but with the reverb running on "High" resolution instead of "Normal":

No! You should have a 2nd unit for a backup just in case LOL

Kidding...I think it would be more than enough.

Seeing how high the CPU usage is with some of the reverbs, I wonder if that's mainly what L.Mitchell uses the H9 for?

Or use an outboard reverb unit. Would be less expensive.

In the 2nd and 3rd examples above the reverb takes up:

#2 - 41% of the 61.9 cpu
#3 - 47% of the 71.0 cpu
I made no attempt to optimize anything and picked the most demanding reverb algorithm.
