Wish Improve Preset>Clear Preset speed

There's a big difference in the processing time of Preset>Clear Preset (~7.8 seconds) versus using the right-click Clear or pressing the Backspace key (~2 seconds) in the Preset Manager.

Can we get Preset>Clear Preset to run at a similar speed since they appear to have the same result?
