I need help please!

I don't know what's causing this noise! It isn't the cable as i've switched.
Some kinda interference.......loud when facing my pute [ i'm like 1 foot away} lessens when i turn.
Never had this before. Windows 10 went bandy couple of weeks ago, seems to have happened then...coincidence?
This is on most of my presets and it's killing me.
ANY suggestions warmly welcomed.

Hey, sounds like some kinda grounding problem......what are your input noise reduction settings ? Also try unplugging the ac cable from the laptop and see if the noise goes away.....Regards, Luke.
