How many sounds can you get from a single preset with FM9?

One, Two . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Three. A group of engineering students from Purdue University reported that its Sound Programming machine, modeled after a human ear, made an average of 364 sounds in a single preset. Twenty of the group's volunteers assumed the programming challenge-unassisted by machinery-and averaged 252 sounds each.
