How do I make it so that all the IR's I make are in phase?

Hi,

I'm in the process of making a bunch of IR's using my favorite mics. I would like to be able to use more than 1 of them on a single patch when I'm done. But if they're not pretty much in phase with each other, it will sound bad. How do I go about making sure the wav's don't have phasing issues with each other? Is there a simple way to do this?
 
If the phase issues are coming from different mic distance to the source, you can try time-aligning the waveforms on the computer.
