Hooking up a Singular sound Aeros

I am wondering if anyone owns a Singular sound Aeros and how they plug it into the Fractals I own a AXE FX3 a FM9 and a FM3. I know they all have loopers but the Aeros is what I want to use. I would like to mainly use it on the FM9. Can I do a in and out let's say channel 3
 
I don't have one, but you can definitely put it into a "loop".

See the Inserting Outboard Gear section of the manual for the details.

However, it might be simpler to run the Fractal out into the Aeros.

It depends on your planned use and how you're monitoring, etc.
